Education and Certifications:

  • Nicole C. Noble received her Master of Arts Degree in Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology from New York University. She completed onsite clinical rotations on campus, at the Hebrew Academy for Special Children, and at the Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, Bronx, New York. Nicole also completed additional graduate studies at Lund University in Sweden, specializing in Advanced Phonological Disorders.

  • Bachelor of Science Degree in Rehabilitation Services, with a concentration in Communication Disorders and a Minor in Psychology. Springfield College is known in New England for its focus on clinical experience. 

 

  • Recipient of the Outstanding Rehabilitation Student of the Year Award (1998)

 

  • Nicole was trained in “P.R.O.M.P.T” (Level 1), which is an innovative therapy technique used to help patients form sounds and words through direct and indirect manipulation of the speech structures (e.g., lips, tongue, jaw, and so forth). 

  • Certificate of training in Story Grammar Marker in 2020 and Nanci Bell's Visualizing and Verbalizing Program for Language Comprehension and Thinking in 2021

 

  • Certificate of training in Myofuctional Therapy from the Academy of Orofacial Myofunctional Therapy (AOMT) in 2017 

 

  • Member of the American Academy of Private Practice in Speech Pathology and Audiology (AAPPSPA) since 2021

 

  • Trained in Talk Tools by Sara Rosenfeld-Johnson in Straws, Horns, and Bubbles

 

  • Certificate of Clinical Competency in Speech Pathology was awarded by the American Speech & Language Hearing Association(ASHA). An active member of the American Speech & Language Hearing Association (ASHA) since 2002

 

  • Experienced in the  Multidisciplinary Evaluation Team (MET) Individualized Education Plan (IEP) process, with over 18 years of experience specializing in the diagnosis and treatment of pediatric speech and language disorders
